I've been involved with the technical support of Apple Macintosh computer systems now for about 10 years, and have used Macs for longer than that. Naturally, I've learned a few tips and tricks along the way. With the advent of OS X, I've had to throw out (or at least shove aside) much of what I knew in favor of OS X and UNIX-related skills. This category of weblog articles discusses what I've learned about OS X troubleshooting, administration, scripting, and support. It also discusses my personal views on OS X, the Macintosh, Apple, and where the three are headed. Where I've read something interesting about Apple or its products, I cover that here, too.
